Ingredients

5 Garlic cloves

1 diced onion

1 400g can chopped tomatoes with the juice

1 cup of tomato passata

1tbs of coconut oil

Smoked paprika, salt and cayenne pepper (opcional)

 

Method of Preparation

Fry the onions and chopped garlic with the coconut oil on a non stick pan. Add the paprika and cayenne pepper.

Add the canned tomato and the passata and half a can of water.

Mix well in low heat until reduced to a sauce-like consistency.

You can freeze up to 6 months or use for up to 5 days in the fridge.
