Ingredients

7g of dried yeast
7g of salt
pinch of sugar
15g of chia seeds
50ml of olive oil*
350g of wholemeal flour*
3/4 cup of warm water*

*Ingredients may vary in quantity depending on how you prepare. I used the Low Dough mode on Nutri Ninja®.

Method of Preparation

In a bowl add the yeast, salt and sugar and mix well with warm water, add to the Nutri Ninja® prepared with the low dough part. If you dont have a Nutri Ninja® this step will be manual.

Add the flour to the Nutri Ninja® and the 50ml of olive oil blend well for about 50 seconds. Add the chia seeds and process until all of the ingredients come together to form a mass.

Knead the dough for a few minutes and place in a grease pan covered in plastic film for about one hour to rise.

Optional: Brush over one egg yolk
Place in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden.
