Sunday lunch, we have a little extra time to cook, to whip up and I like to do some more refined things. Today’s menu has been
Sealed tuna with sesame
Black rice made with onion, garlic and rose salt
Carrot, tomato, arugula and avocado salad with mustard sauce
I did not use any oil in the preparations and it still tasted wonderful! Black rice is a great source of iron and omega 3 tuna.
Salad Dressing Recipe:
Mustard, lemon and balsamic oil. Mix everything and throw over the salad.
