Many people have asked me the recipes for the crazy food I make so here I will try to post every week a new recipe or tip to improve your diet.

I majored in nutrition at Southeast Missouri State University (Go Redhawks!) and I love making healthy recipes using the least possible ingredients! Not because I do not like to use ingredients but because it is very difficult to have almond flour, rice, flaxseed, coconut, rice milk, almonds, chestnuts, coconut sugar,  and so in your home!
