200 ml of Unsweetened Almond Milk or Water
Dash of Cinnamon or 100% cocoa powder
Stévia (just a few drops If you have a sweet tooth)
10g of Chia Seeds (optional)
Method of Preparation
Blend Avocado, Chia , milk , stévia and cinnamon (you can also use cocoa powder).
Put in the freezer for about 40 minutes and add any toppings you want! I put a tsp of peanut butter and some unsweetened coconut chips
To make a high protein snack/dessert, add a scoop of your favourite Protein Powder .
