1 can chickpeas
50g of 85% chocolate
4 drops of sweetener stevia Toffee flavor (who wants to can use another type of sweetener or honey, or coconut sugar, however remember that any form of anger sugar increase the carbohydrates of revenues)
2 tablespoons coconut oil soup
3 water tablespoons
You can add peanut also butter (2 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon baking tea


Mix a cup of Greek yogurt tasteless more cinnamon to taste.

Method of Preparation
