2 cups of almond flour
2 tbs of sesame seeds
2 tbs of chia seeds
1 tbs of coconut oil
1 tsp of baking powder and sea salt
Handful of mozarella cheese (or any other cheese you prefer)
Method of Preparation
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients (you cna use a fork) except the cheese until you get a dough.
Add the mozarella cheese and mix with hands until all ingredients are well mixed. Roll 5 balls and place on a baking tray with a bit of low cal spray or baking paper and leave for 10 minutes. Put tray in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees or until is golden.
