1 banana mashed
4 tablespoons oatmeal
1 tablespoon powdered chlorophyll (I use this “Green Powder” for being an optimal source of iron)
Method of Preparation
Board all ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms. Do the format you prefer and place in AirFryer for 15 min at 200 degrees or medium oven to 180 degrees.
After this just delight it!
I used this recipe for an hour before a race in the mud (My Gosh! This will be tense!) As it is rich in rapid absorption carbohydrate (banana) and slow (oats) will be stocked for the challenge! Ah !! Also 10g of BCAA and glutamine * to help in the race!
