1 cup of almond flour
2 (big) Tbsp of peanut or other nut butter
2 eggs
2 Tbsp of coconut flour
50g of 85% chopped chocolate
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 scoop of whey protein
1 tsp of baking powder

Method of Preparation

Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Mix all ingredients (except baking powder) with a fork or using a baking machine until all ingredients are well mixed. Add the baking soda and mix with your hands.
Place tbsp size spoonfuls across cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes.

*you can add honey to make it sweeter but it won’t be as low carb as this recipe above.
