3 shredded carrots
3 egg whites
2 cups of oats
1 scoop of whey protein (My protein chocolate flavor)
2 cups of water
1 tbs of baking powder
4 tbs of coconut oil
1/2 tub of Quark Cheese
2 tbs of 100% cocoa powder
Chia Seeds and Sugar Free Caramel Syrup
Method of Preparation
Using a blender mix all the ingredients and leave the baking powder for the last seconds until all is mixed.
Place in a baking pan with either baking sheet or spray the tin with coconut oil.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees
Put the 4 dates into another recipient with just a spoon of water, heat until is almost the texture of a spread.
Mix the dates spread with the quark cheese,cocoa powder and cinnamon. You can add sweetener or a sugar of your preference , I add a little of toffee stevia from iherb.
After cake is done apply the icing and decorate it with chia seeds and sugar free caramel syrup from Care Free
