1 egg

2 tbs of 100% cocoa powder

2tbs of gluten free oats

1 mashed banana

4 dates

25g of 85% chocolate

1tsp of baking soda


Method of Preparation

Break the 85% or your choice of chocolate and reserve (try not to eat )

Using a fork, mash the banana and add the dates. Throw into the microwave for 1 min, and mash the dates well with the banana. Add the egg, cocoa powder, oats and baking soda and mix well with a fork. Reserve this batter.

Get 3 small silicone baking cups and put the batter enough to cover the bottom, add in te choc pieces and pour more batter over. Do this for the 3 cups.

Put in the airfryer for 10 min at 180 degrees or in the oven for 15 min at 200 degrees.

Each cake has:

190kcal / 24g carb (8.6g fiber) / 7.5g fat / 6g protein
