80g of gluten free oats
2 eggs
1 tbs of baking powder
Pinch of pink salt
50ml of water

Method of Preparation

In a bowl whisk eggs, oats, water and salt. Add baking powder and stir carefully.

Place the batter in a microwavable bowl and put on the micro for about 3 minutes.
If you choose to use less oats and make a small portion , It will take less time.

Remove from microwave and get creative with the filling!! (Avoid using processed meats!)
I used mature cheddar cheese. You can use lac free cottage cheese if you are lactose intolerant or just eat it on your own.

To make it a low carb version, use less oats (20g) and that will yield only about 8g of carbs per bread compared to your average 25g you buy in store full of preservatives.
