Ingredients

For the dough:
1 cauliflower
1 egg
30g of mozarella cheese or a cheese of your choice
chopped scallions

Sauce:
1 can of chopped tomatoes
garlic
salt
cayenne pepper
basil leaves

Pizza’s toppings:
30g or a handful of mozarella cheese
30g or 1 thick slice of feta cheese
rocket leaves
sundried tomatoes
Bacon medalions or tuna or chicken (get creative!)

Method of Preparation

Dough:
Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees
Put the raw cauliflower on a food processor and put this on the microwave for 4 minutes, remove and dry the cauliflower as much as possible.
Add the egg, salt, garlic powder, handful of mozarella cheese and scallions and blend it one more time.
Spread the dough in a baking tray and stick it in the oven for about 20 minutes or until it is golden.

Tomato Sauce:
In a sauce pan, add the canned tomatoes, salt, garlic ,cayenne pepper (I also added a few sliced mushrooms but it is up to you!) and basil.

Pizza:
Remove dough from oven, pour tomato sauce over the dough, add the rocket leaves, then mozarella, feta cheese and the sundried tomatoes. You can also add chicken, tuna or any other toppings you prefer.

Stick in the oven until cheese is melted.

* The dough will not be as crunchy as a regular pizza but you will still be able to remove it from the tray into a plate. If you have an airfryer you can make little pizzas and the dough will be crunchier than regular oven.
